"Dear editor, is this acceptable 'final' art?"

This is an enormous milestone for me but unintelligible scribblings for everybody else: VIETNAMERICA completely roughed out, first draft, 12 chapters, 256 pages. I'm gonna go celebrate now... with getting back to work.

Would it be stereotypical of me to be excited about seeing VIETNAMERICA being published sometime in the (hopefully) near future?

Heh... well, I guess it depends on what we consider the "near" future, Vy. I wish I could spill all the beans, but my publisher isn't ready to announce it yet so mum's the word.
